We are seeking a team member who is energetic, passionate, and dedicated to excellence. The Production
Administrator position requires a confident, self-starting individual who will handle a variety of administrative
duties in support of the daily operations of the Production Department. This is a part-time, in-office , n-person role working 25 hours per week. A background screening and a drug screening are required of all candidates offered employment.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Provide administrative support including: calendar management & scheduling, rolling calls; facilitate
travel, process expense reports and prepare correspondence.
• Liaise with Ministry Leaders, Vendors, and Contractors in regards to related projects and general
business, acting as a point of contact between the Tech Director and Departments
• Creation and management of the Production Calendar
• Track distribution of budgets and management of inventory (when necessary)
• Receive, Manage and prioritize project tasks; follow up on open items, and plan ahead of the Director to
schedule necessary meetings.
• Campus-wide Production support scheduling.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to anticipate the needs and priorities of the Tech Director, as well as the needs of SRC
departments.
• Resourcefulness in finding solutions to problems.
• Task and project management experience.
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Clear, concise, and professional communicator, both internally and externally.
• Good phone manner and sensitivity in verbal communications.
• Ability to constantly multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A college degree is a plus. Good grammar, spelling, etc. required.
• Must be organized, have a strong attention to detail and exceed at working within deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Must be able to work well with team members and other departments
• Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
• Must be able to problem solve
• Ability to confidently communicate guidelines and set boundaries on request timelines
