We are seeking an individual with a passion for effective communication, a strong work ethic, and a highly developed ability to manage and execute video projects to visually tell the stories of Spanish River Church, Spanish River Counseling Center, and Spanish River Church Planting. Every project accelerates the mission of Spanish River Church in the mission to share the love of Jesus in word, deed, and sign. This is a full time in-office position; remote work is not available. A pre-employment drug screening is required for all candidates offered employment.

Primary Job Functions Include (But are not limited to):

Video Production

Create custom video production from ideation to finished product
Projects include, but not limited to:
Original video productions to act as a sermon aid
Promotional content to highlight various ministries of Spanish River Church
Domestic and International promotional content for SRCʼs multinational church-planting efforts
Event Videography of SRC special events
Social media devotional and promotional material
Educational, therapeutic, and promotional videos for Spanish River Counseling Center

Event photography
Headshot photography
Product photography
Photo editing

Pre-Production

Articulate the needs of the project to those involved in the project
Recruit and schedule volunteers for various aspects of photography and videography
Handle all legal aspects of productions, including, but not limited to, permits, releases, location agreements, etc.

Post-Production

Video editing
Photo editing

Other

Train volunteers in video production
Media organization

REQUIRED skills and qualifications:

2+ years of related experience
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production
Ministry-minded with a heart for storytelling
Software applications: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, ProPresenter
Lighting for TV and Film
Photography

Weekly Schedule:

Schedule is flexible in order to accommodate all project needs. Office hours are held on Monday-Thursday. Weekend hours are occasionally necessary for event videography and photography. There also may be projects that will involve domestic and international travel as we seek to communicate our multi-national church planting efforts. These projects would change a “normal” week's schedule.
